When you submit an A/S request, the sales representative will
determine whether a travel A/S is required and proceed with the A/S request.
The A/S service fee consists of the sum of the component fee, repair fee,
and travel fee (in case of travel service), and each fee is determined as follows.
The fees that are necessary for when to replace components
Technical fees based on the difficulty and time of repair
Travel fees associated with traveling to the physical sites.
The total amount for components, repair, and travel expenses.
CHC LAB (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") has produced and sold products that have been
inspected in accordance with quality control standards.
Our warranty period is one year from the date of installation. If a malfunction occurs under normal care and uses in accordance with the inspection and care instructions set forth in the product manual, we guarantee the following under our warranty repair policy and product liability insurance (PL insurance). The warranty does not include any consumables, please refer to the appendix below to see which warranty applies to your product.
※ Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
※ At our option, defective parts of the product may be repaired or replaced.
(Provided that such parts were defective at the time of sale and that all defective parts are properly identified with a return authorization.)
1 year from the date of initial installation (If the date of purchase cannot be confirmed, the warranty period shall be calculated from the date of manufacturing or 3 months from the date of import clearance).
If the product purchased by the customer has been properly maintained and used in accordance with the inspection and use instructions in the product manual issued by the Company, and the following problems occur within the warranty repair period, we will repair and replace the part with a new product or a warranty part for our post-warranty.
If you do not pay attention to the rust/corrosion of the equipment in accordance with the precautions for use and management, and neglect to manage it, you may be denied for damage compensation even if the corrosion occurs within the warranty period due to your negligence. The user's negligence is recognized as follows.
